The project is led by an interdisciplinary research team composed of experts from various fields and perspectives. The scientific leadership is based at the University of Zurich (UZH), supported by a dedicated research group from different institutions. Several intensive care units across Switzerland serve as study sites and important project partners. The team is further complemented by an advisory board of people with lived experience, who contribute valuable insights from the perspective of patients and family members, helping to ensure the project remains grounded in real-world needs.
